As a Psychologist, Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and National Board Certified Counselor (NBCC), I hold a PhD in Psychology, a Masters of Counseling degree in Mental Health and a second master's degree in Depth Psychology. I have a vast array of clinical experience from my work with a variety of mental health clinics and an addiction recovery center. My primary focus is on the research and treatment of eating disorders, specifically anorexia nervosa, through my private practice.

My Philosophy

As a psychologist and therapist, I feel grateful and honored to help others discover their true selves and best lives. I offer a strength-based, integrative, and personalized approach. I have a clinical foundation in person-centered therapy and work through a psychodynamic lens taking into consideration all aspects of a person: mind, body, and soul. I enjoy helping others find meaning within their difficult life experiences and work towards healing. I assist my clients in developing a firm foundation of self in which to navigate and blossom through the challenges of life.

My therapeutic work often includes elements of Jungian/analytical psychology such as the use of symbolism, myth, metaphor, dream work, spirituality, and traditional psychoanalysis.

In addition, I am clinically trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and certified as an Intuitive Eating Counselor. I have also completed IAEDP Certified Eating Disorder Specialist training.
